The Cameron Hospital Administration oversees the daily operations of the hospital. It is the goal and mission of the hospital to deliver exceptional service and the highest quality, safest care - every patient, every time.

Meet the Administrative Team


Connie McCahill, Chief Executive Officer & President

     Connie McCahill is the Chief Executive Officer and President, and has been employed with Cameron since 2012. Connie brings over 30 years of experience to this position. She received her undergraduate degree from Memorial Hospital School of Nursing and Indiana University (South Bend), and her graduate degree from the University of Notre Dame. In addition to her responsibilities at Cameron, she is a member of the Steuben County YMCA Board of Directors and the Steuben County Economic Development Corporation (EDC).
     In her spare time, Connie enjoys spending her time with her husband, Paul, their three children and four grandchildren.


Doug Bomba, Senior Vice-President & Chief Financial Officer

     Doug Bomba is the Senior Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer and has been employed with Cameron since 2012. Doug received his undergraduate degree from Bowling Green State University and his graduate degree from the University of Toledo. In addition to his responsibilities at Cameron, Doug serves on the Steuben County Community Foundation Board of Directors and their scholarship committee.
     In his spare time, Doug enjoys spending time with his wife, Rita, their six children, 13 grandchildren and spending some time out on the golf course.





Andy Aldred, Executive Director of Ancillary Services

     Andy Aldred is the Executive Director of Ancillary Services, and has been employed with Cameron since 2008. He brings over 15 years of experience to this position. Andy received his undergraduate degree from Purdue University School of Pharmacy, and his graduate degree from Indiana Wesleyan university. Andy is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists, and the Association for Health Care Resources & Materials Management.
     In addition to his responsibilities at Cameron, Andy enjoys spending time with his wife and their two kids, watching sports, and coaching for youth sports.




Seth Berry, Executive Director of Human Resources and Food Services

     Seth Berry is the Executive Director of Human Resources and Food Services, and has been employed with Cameron since 2018. He brings over 18 years of experience to this position. He received his undergraduate degree from Michigan State University. Seth is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, and sits on the Tibbit's Opera House (Coldwater, MI) board of directors and the City of Coldwater Economic Development Corporation board of directors.
     In his spare time, Seth enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids out on the lake. Seth is an official with USA Waterski, and enjoys spending his weekends working for waterski tournaments.




Dar Crofoot, Executive Director of Quality, Risk Management and Customer Service

     Dar Crofoot is the Executive Director of Quality, Risk Management and Customer Service, and has been employed with Cameron since 1992. She brings over 30 years of experience to this position. In addition to her responsibilities at Cameron, she is a member of American College of Healthcare Executives and the American Society for Healthcare Risk Management.






Kris Keen, Chief Information Officer

               Kris Keen is the Chief Information Officer, and has been employed with Cameron since 2011. He brings over 16 years of experience to this position. Kris received his undergraduate degree from Middle George State University and his graduate degrees from Virginia Tech and University of Alabama Birmingham. In addition to his responsibilities at Cameron, Kris is a member of the Healthcare Information & Management Systems Society (HIMSS), the Association of Computing Machinery (ACM), and serves as a board member for the Steuben County Fiber Network Board of Directors.
     In his spare time, Kris enjoys spending time with his wife, Brandy, and their four kids.

Kelly Keirns, Executive Director: Strategy and Business Development

     Kelly Keirns is the Executive Director of Marketing and Sales, has been employed with Cameron since 2018, and brings overs 12 years of experience to this position. She received her undergraduate degree from Indiana University, and is a member of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and the Angola Mayor's Art Council.
     In her spare time, Kelly enjoys spending time with her two children, Cole and Ella, and reading.
